Perfect for a creative Start Up endeavors, also a photography studio w/infinity wall, possibilities are endless. We'd best buy our lottery tickets, Kiddo - I can totally see you enjoying that space!

I'd need to win a big jackpot AND have a trust fund to keep up with this space. I think it's the space that used to house several non-profit arts organizations, got bought by a developer for private use and has been ping-ponging around on the market ever since. What's idiotic about the price is that this is a very marginal area of the Mission, awash with street people and drug dealers. You'd need a security force to keep yourself safe as well as tons of money to light and heat the place.
