I confess - I love extravagant jewelry like this. Don't know where I would wear it but I always admire it. Somehow, it just doesn't go with the blue jeans-and-tennis shoes I use to walk the dog...
Some of the jewelry comes from ladies so addicted to the bling that they probably would wear a tiara while walking the dog. But they have flunkies do that for them. One of the contributors to the show - I can't remember which one - like Cartier tiaras so much that she ordered 22 of them. They really do inhabit a different reality.
